btpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "btpkr" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to btpkr and its operating entity, including the website accessible at btpkr.org and all associated services, software, and content.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the btpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the btpkr registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's btpkr account, including real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any game, sport, or event available on the btpkr platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the btpkr platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-withdrawable incentives issued by btpkr to a User's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process btpkr uses to confirm User age, identity, and payment method ownership.

By accessing the btpkr website, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply alongside the btpkr Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion rules, the specific promotion rules shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

btpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email or mobile number associated with their account prior to taking effect. Continued use of the btpkr platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to use btpkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing btpkr for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing btpkr from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of btpkr or any of its affiliated gaming studios or software providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from btpkr or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

btpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending compliance.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) btpkr account only. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. btpkr will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held within them.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address (where requested).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your btpkr login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. btpkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details.

All transactions on the btpkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpkr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and USDT (converted at prevailing rates at time of transaction). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the btpkr Cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. btpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, the User will be required to verify an alternative account in their own name before funds can be released.

btpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation regarding the source of funds. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. Users will be notified via their registered contact details if such a review is initiated.

All bets placed on btpkr are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. btpkr publishes game-specific rules within each product section of the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are confirmed at the point of placement and cannot be reversed once accepted by the btpkr system.
• In-play bets are subject to the pre-match and in-play rules applicable to the relevant sport. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test series, and T20 international fixtures — are subject to event-specific void rules.
• btpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement, where a system or pricing error occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the btpkr sportsbook. Bets placed that exceed these limits may be reduced to the maximum applicable payout at btpkr's discretion.
• All casino game outcomes on btpkr are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing/spinning in streamed studio environments.

btpkr offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general conditions apply to all btpkr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one promotion may be active on a btpkr account at any time, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• btpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Promotions are available to eligible Users only. btpkr reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotions at its sole discretion, including accounts identified as operating under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Employees, contractors, and family members of btpkr staff are not eligible for any btpkr promotional offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to interact with btpkr in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Users who identify such errors are required to report them to btpkr support immediately.
• Using the btpkr platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any KYC process.
• Abusing the btpkr bonus system, including through coordinated multi-accounting or systematic low-risk bonus wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward btpkr staff or other platform Users.

btpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the User or a verified family member under btpkr's responsible gaming framework.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual.
• Legal order, regulatory requirement, or court direction.

Upon closure of a compliant account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, btpkr reserves the right to withhold the full account balance.

All content on the btpkr platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of btpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btpkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any btpkr content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, mirroring, or republishing btpkr odds data, game content, or any other platform material is expressly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

btpkr's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

btpkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur. btpkr will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will notify Users of scheduled maintenance via on-platform notices where practicable.

btpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold within a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure notifications that appear after a defined session duration to encourage breaks from play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is suspended but withdrawals of verified funds remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from btpkr. This closes the account, suppresses all marketing communications, and is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests submitted by a verified family member on behalf of a User will be processed on the same basis.

btpkr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age is verified through CNIC documentation as part of the KYC process. Where underage play is suspected, btpkr will suspend the account pending verification and will not process any withdrawals until age is confirmed. If confirmed underage, all funds will be returned to the source payment method and the account permanently closed.

btpkr may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect User rights in a significant way — btpkr will provide no less than 7 days' advance notice via the registered contact details associated with each affected account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this page, constitutes the governing agreement between btpkr and its Users. Previous versions are superseded in their entirety upon the effective date of any revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which btpkr operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the btpkr platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through the btpkr customer support process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by btpkr's operating licence at the relevant time. btpkr's decision regarding disputes relating to game outcomes, where those outcomes were produced by certified RNG software or physical live dealer equipment, is final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence. btpkr acknowledges its obligation to comply with applicable law in every market it serves.
